DPD – Friday 20th December (if ordered before 4pm/subject to courier volumes) Excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Royal mail – Monday 23rd December 2024

Scottish Delivery

Please be aware that certain destinations in Scotland, including the Highlands, are not eligible for DPD next day delivery. Deliveries to these areas may take approximately 2-5 days, although the delivery time is typically faster compared to Royal Mail. The affected areas include Ayrshire, Grampian, Highlands, Inverness, Orkney, Perthshire, Argyll, Scottish Islands, Shetland, and Stirlingshire.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ORDERS PLACED OVER BANK HOLIDAYS WILL BE PROCESSED ON THE NEXT WORKING DAY.

*Please allow 10 working days for standard or tracked delivery and 72 hours for next day before contacting us for non-delivery.
